Refund policy
The dispute kit costs $149. If our free analysis didn’t find a defensible gap in your insurer’s offer, that fee is fully refundable. Here are the exact terms.
What’s guaranteed
We refund the $149 kit fee, in full, if — at the moment you purchased — your claim had no defensible gap. A claim has no defensible gap when either is true:
- the estimated gap between your insurer’s offer and market value was under $200, or
- our rules engine found no medium- or high-severity flag in your insurer’s valuation.
This is the same threshold the free analysis uses to decide whether to show you a gap estimate in the first place, and we record it on your purchase the moment you pay — so a later change to your claim (a re-run, a correction) never changes what a past purchase is owed.
What’s not guaranteed
The refund is about our fee, never about your insurer. We do not guarantee that your insurer will pay more, settle, or respond at all. If your claim had a defensible gap and you purchased the kit, the fee is not refundable based on how your dispute turns out — whether your insurer agrees, negotiates, or refuses outright. The kit is a set of documents you file yourself; the outcome of filing them is between you and your insurer.
How to request one
- Email refunds@lowball.app from the address you purchased with, within 60 days of purchase.
- Include your claim link (the /claim/… URL) or the email you used at checkout.
- We verify the no-defensible-gap condition against what your claim showed at the time of purchase and issue the refund to your original payment method.
You keep the documents either way — a refund reverses the charge, not access to what was already generated.
